Petition of Frederick George Moore, Earl of Egmont in the Peerage of Ireland, claiming a right to vote at the Elections of Representative Peers for Ireland: Read, and referred to the Lord Chancellor to consider and report thereupon to the House.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bills:

Ministry of Health Provisional Order (Mid-Staffordshire Joint Hospital District),

Land Drainage Provisional Order (Louth Drainage District).

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
