Petition of Aroon Kumar Sinha of 8, Little Russell Street, Calcutta, now residing at the National Liberal Club, Whitehall Place, in the County of London, to, His Majesty, praying that His Majesty may be graciously pleased to direct that a Writ of Summons to Parliament may be issued to the Petitioner as Baron Sinha of Raipur, together with His Majesty's reference thereof to this House, and the Report of the Attorney-General thereon thereunto annexed, presented (by command); read, and referred to the Committee for Privileges to consider and report.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in respect of the Petition for the following Bill:

Bristol Transport.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
