The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House, That he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy a certificate that Robert Disney Leith, Lord Cobham, was, on the 30th of April, 1937, adjudicated a bankrupt:

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:—

Also the Certificates that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bills:— And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in respect of the Petition for the following Bill:—

Whitehaven Harbour.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
