§ Report from the India and Burma Orders Committee, That they have examined the draft Order as required by the Standing Orders of the House; that in their opinion the Order does not raise any further questions of policy and principle other than those which have been accepted already by the House when passing the Government of India (Federal Court) Order, 1936; that the Order is founded on precedent; that in the opinion of the Committee the Order can be passed by the House without special attention and that no further inquiry is necessary before the House proceeds to a decision on the Resolution to approve the said Order:
