§ Report from, That the further Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the London and North Eastern Railway (General Powers) Bill ought to be dispensed with and the Bill allowed to proceed, provided that there be inserted therein a provision that any contract or agreement for and with respect to the sale or transfer to the Tyne Improvement Commissioners of the London and North Eastern Railway Company's Tyne Docks Undertaking or any part thereof shall contain a clause providing that such contract or agreement is conditional upon 122 the same being approved by the proprietors of the said company in general meeting: Read, and agreed to.
