§ Report from the Special Orders Committee, That no Petition has been presented praying to be heard against the Special Order, that they have received and considered a Report from the Board of Trade upon the Order; that the Committee have doubts whether the Order is intra vires in its present form, but that modifications have been proposed by the Board of Trade to remove these doubts and that the Committee have considered the proposed modifications and recommend their adoption to the House, an undertaking having been given to the Committee by the Bournemouth Gas and Water Company that they will apply forthwith for a new Order or Bill to extend their limits of supply to include certain areas which have been excluded by the proposed modifications: Read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
