§ The LORD CHANCELLORacquainted the House, That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 192 relating to Private Bills, se had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed Alexander Fitzmaurice Gilchrist, Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature, as guardian or protector of the infant, Hugh Frederick Grosvenor, interested in the Bill, to represent such infant before the Committee on the Bill.
