§ Report from the Special Orders Committee, That the Petition which was presented against the Order having now been withdrawn, and certain modifications and additions proposed by the Board of Trade, they are of opinion that no further inquiry by a Select Committee is now necessary; that there is nothing in this Order to which they think it necessary to call the attention of the House, and that they have considered the proposed modifications and additions and recommend their adoption to the House: Reach, and ordered to lie on the Table.
