Horne and Birkett, of 4, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, Solicitors, praying for leave to present a petition of the Metropolitan Public Gardens Association, the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and the London Society, praying to be heard by themselves, their Counsel, agents and witnesses against the Bill, although the time limited by Standing Order No. 106 for presenting such Petition has expired: Read, and ordered to lie on the Table, and Standing Order No. 106 to be considered on Tuesday next in order to its being dispensed with in respect to the said Petition.
