§ LORD MARLEYMy Lords, some difficulty has arisen with regard to the business to-morrow, because it is uncertain when the House of Commons will be through with their debate on the Appropriation Bill. I therefore propose, if your Lordships will agree, that we have a formal meeting at noon to-morrow, and then, if there is no possibility of having the Royal Commission immediately, that we adjourn during pleasure and resume some three hours after noon. It is impossible to say at what time, but that is the best arrangement which I have been able to come to up to the present.
