§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice, a certificate under the seal of the said Court, that James Cecil, Lord Glenarthur, a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated Bankrupt on the 27th day of June, 1930: The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
