§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Deputy Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

- Lochaber Water Power (substituted Bill).
