Leave given to the Joint Committee to hear parties interested, by themselves, their Counsel, agents, and witnesses, so far as the Committee think fit: The evidence taken before the Joint Committee from time to time to be printed, but no copies to be delivered out, except to members of the Committee and to such other persons as the Committee shall think fit, until further order.

Report from the Committee of Selection, That the Lord Carnock be proposed to the House as a member of the Joint Committee on the said Bill in the place of the Earl of Westmorland: Bead, and agreed to.
