§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills, he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees appointed James Gordon Brand of Huntingdon, Dumfries, Sheriff Substitute, as guardian or protector of his children, Clement Treherne Brand and Francis Loveluck Brand, being infants named in the Bill; and Charles Randal Bradburne, Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature, as guardian or protector of the infants, Richard Lionel Beaumont Thomas, Nigel Beaumont Thomas, Pearl Paulina, Beaumont Thomas, Wilton Joseph Oldham and David Anthony Oldham, named in the Bill; to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
