§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that he had received from the Foreign Office a report of a resolution passed unanimously in both Chambers of the Japanese Diet expressing the thanks of the two Chambers for the sincere sympathy shown by the Houses of Parliament on the occasion of the death of the Emperor of Japan.
