§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
§ North British and Mercantile Insurance Company, Limited.
§ Scottish Provident Institution.
§ Also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
§ Bognor Gas and Electricity [H.L.].
§ Maidstone Water [H.L.].
§ South Staffordshire Mond Gas Company [H.L.].
§ And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have not been complied with:
§ Mercantile Marine Memorial.
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
