Message from the Commons that they have come to the following Resolution to which they desire the concurrence of this House; namely, "That it is expedient that the Ouse Drainage Bill be committed to a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons." The said Message to be taken into consideration to-morrow.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

Cardiff Corporation Tramways Provisional Order.

Ministry of Health Provisional Orders Confirmation (No. 12). [H.L.]

Also the Certificate that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:

Bolton and Kingston-upon-Hull Provisional Order.

And also the Certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
