Report from the Select Committee—

  1. 1. That the matter appears to have been sufficiently dealt with by Departmental enquiries;
  2. 2. That no opportunity should be afforded for petitioning against the Order;
  3. 3. That the following amendment of the Order is desirable, viz.: Clause 39, subsection 2, paragraph (b), after the first ("District") insert ("represented on the joint authority");
  4. 4. That no further enquiry by a Select Committee appears to be necessary:
