Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petitions for Additional Provision in the following Bills ought to be dispensed with:

Southern Railway.

Manchester Ship Canal.

Rotherham Corporation.

That the Standing Orders not complied with in, respect of the Petitions for the following Bills ought to be dispensed with:

London Midland and Scottish Railway (Superannuation Fund) Bill.

Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Gateshead Corporations (Bridge) Bill.

That the Special Report from the Examiners in respect of the Petition for the

Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Bill [H.L.].

has been considered, and that the Bill ought to be allowed to proceed.

And that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for Additional Provision in the

Birmingham Corporation Bill [H.L.]

ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to the Committee on the Bill to insert the Additional Provision:
