Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the

London County Council (Tramways and Improvements) Bill,

ought not to be dispensed with, except in the case of Tramway, No. 3:

Read, and agreed to.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

London and North Eastern Railway (Dock Charges). [H.L.[

And also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill, introduced in pursuance of the provisions of the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, have been complied with:

Grampian Electricity Supply (Substituted Bill).

The same were Ordered to lie on the Table.
