§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That in pursuance of Standing-Order No. 163A relating to Private Bills, ho had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed the Right Honourable George Charles Earl of Lucan as Guardian of the infant children of Earl Spencer, Brigadier-General Archibald Fraser Home as Guardian of the infant child of Lady Annaly, and the Right Honourable John Baron Revelstoke and George Strachan Pawle, Esquire, as Guardians of the infant children of the Sixth Earl, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
