Report from, That the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for the

West Somerset Mineral Railway (Abandonment) Bill

ought to be dispensed with and leave given to introduce the Bill:

And that the Standing Orders not complied with in respect of the Petition for Additional Provision in the

River Wear Watch [H.L.]

ought to be dispensed with, and leave given to the Committee on the Bill to insert the Additional Provision:

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

Also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

Ministry of Health Provisional Orders Confirmation (No. 2).

And also the Certificates that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in respect of the Petition for Additional Provision in the following Bills:

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
