§ Message from the Commons to acquaint this House that they have appointed a Committee of four Members to join with the Committee appointed by this House, as mentioned in their Lordships' message of the 7th instant to consider the said Bill: Then a Message was ordered to be sent to the Commons to propose that the Joint Committee do meet in Committee Room A on Thursday next, at twelve o'clock.
