The Lords following, namely, The Lord Chancellor, Viscount Finlay, Lord Shaw, Lord Moulton, Lord Sumner, in pursuance of an Order of this House of yesterday, considered the Bill; and after hearing Counsel for the Respondent and for the Petitioner on the question of certain Amendments, decided that certain Amendments to Clauses 6 and 7 (agreed between the parties) should be made to the Bill, and that certain other Amendments as to the custody of the children, and costs asked for by the Respondent should not be made.
