The Commons disagree to this amendment hut propose the following amendments in lieu

47A Page 17, line 33, leave out "he thinks it"

47B Page 18, line 2, leave out "he thinks it"

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do not insist on its Amendment No. 47 to which the Commons have disagreed and do agree with the Commons in Amendments Nos. 47A and 47B in lieu thereof. I spoke to these amendments with Amendment No. 37.
