§ Lord TriesmanMy Lords, the noble Lord, Lord Parekh, was inadvertently omitted from the speakers' list. The length of each speech should be kept under 10 minutes in order to finish in the allocated hour, as the time is not as long as I suggested. I understand that the speakers' list has been re-issued and that all the speakers, except the noble Lord, Lord Hannay, have been contacted and know about the new time limit.
