My Lords, I understand that the noble Lord, Lord Brookman, and the noble Baroness, Lady Masham of Ilton, have indicated a wish to speak in the debate in the gap on the Unstarred Question for the usual maximum of four minutes. On that basis there should just about be ample time, but I ask noble Lords to bear that in mind in the length of their speeches.
