  1. 1 In this Schedule—
    1. (a) "the 1997 Act" means the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 (c. 43), and
    2. (b) any reference to a requirement being imposed by, or included in a custody plus order or intermittent custody order is a reference to compliance with the requirement being required by the order to be a condition of a licence.
