167 Clause 216, page 127, line 7, leave out from "a" to end of line 9 and insert "substantial risk of his committing further specified offences involving a significant risk of serious harm to members of the public"

The Commons disagree to this amendment for the following reason—

167A Because the test originally proposed is preferable.
