§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2. This group of government amendments deals with several issues; namely, minor drafting matters to tidy up certain clauses, some consequential alterations to other legislation, the extension of the Bill to Northern Ireland: and Scotland and the application of Part 2 of the Bill in the services' courts. I beg to move.
