§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office (Lord Filkin)My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill do now pass. In so doing, I should like to express my thanks to all noble Lords, in particular those on the Opposition Benches, for their constructive approach and the proper testing that they have given the Bill in its passage through the House.
Together with other measures being taken forward in co-operation with the industry, the Bill will help to remove the incentive for mobile phone theft and to tackle street crime.
I should also like to express my thanks to the Bill team. I commend the Bill to the House.
