§ Lord CarterMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m., my noble and learned friend Lord Falconer of Thoroton will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement being made in another place on the resignation of Mr Martin Sixsmith. It is hoped that the Statement will be repeated after the speech of the noble Lord, Lord Razzall, and before the speech of my noble friend Lord Borrie in the Employment Bill debate.
