§ Lord GrocottMy Lords, with the leave of the House, two Statements will be repeated this afternoon. The first will be on Bali and the ISC report, to be repeated by my noble friend Lady Amos; and the second will be on new NHS resources, to be repeated by my noble friend Lord Hunt of Kings Heath. For the convenience of the House, it is planned that the Statements will be taken after the first debate.
