My Lords, I beg to move the first Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order 40 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Thursday, 8th November so far as is necessary to enable the second Motion standing in the name of the Earl Russell to be taken before his Motion for an humble Address; and for both Motions to be taken before the four Northern Ireland orders.—(Lord Williams of Mostyn.)
