My Lords, at a convenient time after 3.30 p.m., my noble friend Lady Amos will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement being made in another place on the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan. After that, my noble and learned friend Lord Williams of Mostyn will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement being made in another place on Northern Ireland. The Statements are likely to be taken after the speech of the right reverend Prelate the Bishop of Lichfield in the first debate.
