My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. It is a matter of great constitutional importance bearing, as it does, on the matter of your Lordships' expenses.

Moved, That Standing Order 40 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Thursday next to enable the Motion in the name of the Lord Privy Seal to be taken before the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill [HL].—(Lord Williams of Mostyn.)
