My Lords, as consideration in Committee of the International Development Bill is now complete, this evening's Unstarred Question on the social and political situation in Pakistan is no longer restricted to the one hour available for such dinner break business. Instead, a limit of one-and-a half hours will apply. This change does not affect the maximum lime available to the right reverend Prelate the Bishop of Rochester or to myself, but it increases the maximum time available for other speakers from five minutes to nine minutes.
