1.—(1) The Sex Offenders Act 1997 is amended as follows.

(2) In this Schedule—

  1. (a) "commencement", in relation to any paragraph, means the coming into force of that paragraph,
  2. (b) "relevant date" has the same meaning as in Part I of that Act.
