§ The Commons disagreed to this amendment for the following reason—
§ 28A Because the effect of the amendment would be to delay unjustifiably the setting up of a public-private partnership in respect of air traffic services.

§ Lord CarterMy Lords, there are times when the Benches opposite resemble Monty Python's Flying Circus. I am sitting here because there is no room on the Front Bench. I want to get to the Dispatch Box to explain to the House that the whole of the group of amendments in regard to the deferment have been won by the Opposition. It would be easier if we got on with it.
