3.8 p.m.

Lord Carter

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m., my noble friend Lady Hayman will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the National Health Service. It has been agreed through the usual channels that a convenient time to take the Statement will be after the debate on the Second Reading of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Bill.
