§ Lord Williams of MostynMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 58. This amendment, which I hope to be non-contentious, removes Clause 22(7) of the Bill. That is the provision inserted by this House in order to avoid questions of privilege.
