§ The Chairman of CommitteesMy Lords, I am always anxious to help noble Lords, not least the noble Lord, Lord Campbell of Alloway. I am among those of your Lordships who seek to protect the interests of the House, one of which is not to stray from the terms of the Motion. However, I am sure that the words that the noble Lord has uttered will be echoed throughout the Chamber.
