§ Lord BethellMy Lords, I beg to present a Petition from 16,200 of the people of Gibraltar which prays that this House will support the amendment to the European Parliamentary Elections Bill which seeks to enfranchise British and other European Union nationals resident in Gibraltar. The Petition is signed by just under 90 per cent. of those eligible to vote.
