("(2A) The following provisions of this Act, namely—

  1. (a) section (Replacement of Director General by National Lottery Commission),
  2. (b) Schedule (Replacement of Director General by Commission: supplementary provisions), and
  3. (c) Part I of Schedule 5 and section 25 so far as relating to that Part of that Schedule,
shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may appoint by order made by statutory instrument; and different days may be so appointed for different purposes.").
