§ The Chairman of CommitteesMy Lords, I beg to move the second Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. In doing so, I must apologise to your Lordships for a printing error on the Order Paper six lines from the end of the Motion where the word "from" has been omitted. The sentence should read,
