§ Lord Beaumont of WhitleyMy Lords, in proposing the Motion that the Bill do now pass, I should like to thank all noble Lords who took an interest and a part in the Bill. In particular I thank the Minister for his reaction to our suggestions. I hope that we have now produced a Bill in a form which could be taken up in a later Parliament either in another place or possibly again in your Lordships' 561 House and become an Act. In the meantime, I beg to move that the Bill do now pass.
