§ The Committee took note of the appointment of Dr. D.A. Rolt as a Temporary Clerk, and of the proposed appointment of two additional waiting staff in the Refreshment Department. The Committee agreed the appointment of a Project Manager of the proposed message service, on a shared basis with the House of Commons.
