§ Lord HyltonMy Lords, I beg to move that the Bill do now pass. This is a modest and narrowly drafted Bill. It gives a limited protection only to a tiny minority of all domestic workers from overseas now in Britain—to those who are plaintiffs or witnesses in cases coming before our courts. It is in the interests of justice.
