Moved, That Standing Order 38 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be dispensed with on Wednesday 16th October to enable the Public Order (Amendment) Bill to be taken before the Motion standing in the name of the Lord Avebury, and that Standing Order 44 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be likewise dispensed with to enable the remaining stages of the Bill to be taken that day.—(Viscount Cranborne.)
