HL Deb 20 March 1996 vol 570 c1278

3.6 p.m.

Lord Strathclyde

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 4.15 p.m., my noble friend Lady Cumberlege will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the health aspects of BSE. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Lindsay who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the agricultural aspects of BSE.

It may be that a convenient moment should take place after the speech of my noble friend Lord Oxfuird, so as to ensure that the Statements do not interfere with the maiden speaker, the noble Lord, Lord Sempill.
